State Fair Race:
Thank you for everyone who attended. Fair wants up back next year.
Nascar:
Thank you for everyone who helped who the booths at Nascar. We banked $13,400 which we get 10% of and made $575 in tip which went straight to the Club.
Radio: Paid and bought 2 headsets and radios, should be here and ready for next Club Race.
Vice President Position:
Three letters were presented to Marty to removed Chad Stewart from the Vice President Position. Ballot vote was done by all members in attendance. 14 members unanimous voted to remove Chad Stewart from the Vice President position.
National Race:
Date of our National Race has been changed from March 10-12 to March 2-4 due to Park having something scheduled that weekend and will not allow us to race. The Park is allowing overnight parking at the Ramada we had at our last National Race due to us having to reschedule the Race.
Speedword:
8 years ago track was built there by VSQMA members. Took $10,000 of Club money to build the track. Dave Mathews with Speedword wants 7% of what organization brings in. It was track walls, bleachers, scoring stand, flag stand and snack bar. Orange Show Club pays $1000 a month. We would not have to pay for electricity or restrooms. Can stay overnight. We pay approximately $1800 in Restrooms and $1000 on electric now at South Mountain. Marty will set up meeting with Dave Mathews to take a look at the track.

Motion by Russle Bradbury for Club to accept current USAC Rules Changes for all rules and put on the VSQMA Website
